Here are more pictures from our trip to visit Mike, Matt and Ellie.

One night we went to a baseball game.  We were able to meet up with my cousin Lisa and her husband and family.  Rich and Hailey are walking with two of Lisa’s girls- Christy and Lauren.

Hailey watching her first baseball game.  I was worried about how she would do- I thought after about 5 minutes she’d be bored and getting into trouble.  But she did great!  I think having some cousins there to keep her company definitely helped.

The next night we celebrated Mike’s birthday.  Hailey is having a little talk with Uncle Mike.

We also went to a nearby park- and Hailey loved the swings.

On our last evening Hailey convinced Uncle Matt and “Uncle” Ellie that a game of Ring Around the Rosie was necessary.

(And I have to mention, just because I need to keep track, Hailey had her first ear infection while we were on our trip.)

I know it has taken me forever to get these posted.  I am busy trying to get things unpacked and there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done.  Plus, we didn’t have internet until Wednesday.

Anyhoo- here are some pictures from our fun trip to visit my brothers Mike and Matt and my sister-in-law Ellie.

Hailey is holding her “baby cow” and feeding it a bottle.  It’s a cow that was probably Mike and Matt’s when they were little.  She has fallen in love with this cow and dresses it up and brings it everywhere.  I’m sure Mike and Matt never imagined that for the cow when they were playing with it.  Ha!  It kept her happy for a while in the car.

And I was happy when she did this in the car!  She was really good in the car- if anything I may have been more antsy than she was.

When we arrived at Matt and Ellie’s house I got to meet my new nephew Brady- isn’t he a cutie!

The last couple of weeks have been soooo busy!  We have been working on getting stuff done at our new house so we can get all moved in.  Then last week Rich and I went on a much needed getaway for our 9th anniversary.  We got back from our getaway on Wednesday afternoon and then left Thursday morning for a family vacation to visit my brothers and sister-in-law.  We just got back from there last night and now we are finally moving into our new house.

Anyhoo- here are some pictures from the getaway that Rich and I took.

We went on a dinner cruise- it was so much fun!  We had yummy food and great entertainment.  We loved it!

After we finished dinner we went up to one of the top decks and enjoyed the view.

We also spent another day at a Six Flags park, but neither of us wanted to carry a camera all day, so I don’t have any pictures of that.  Most of the day at Six Flags I kept thinking about much Hailey would have loved what we were doing and seeing.  It was nice to get away but I just missed her soooo much! Our last day we spent going shopping, which was nice and relaxing without a 2 year old.  We had so much fun together and it was so nice to get away!  I’m so thankful my parents were able to watch Hailey so that we could go away and have such a nice time together.
