Hailey has outgrown the little slide we had for her in our backyard so we decided it was time to get her a big swing set and slide.

When Hailey got home from ballet practice the slide part of the set was done and she was excited to check it out.

Back at Christmas time Hailey got a cute log house from my parents.  It’s been sitting in our garage since then because it was too snowy to put it outside.  Then once the weather got nicer, Rich and my dad decided they should build a little platform to put the house on, so that it didn’t sit right on the grass.  So now the house is finally outside where Hailey can play in it.  She’s played in it every day since they put it outside and she loves it!

A few weeks ago my mom’s friend had a fund raiser for her organization.  We stopped by and Hailey had the chance to see one of her horses.  Hailey was sooooo excited to be able to go and she talked about it all day asking if it was time to go yet.  When we got there, Hailey just loved the horse!

A couple of days after we saw the horse Hailey started to lose her voice.  I told her she sounded a little bit hoarse.  Of course she didn’t know what that meant, so I tried to explain it.  When I was done explaining she said, “It’s probably because I was petting the horse.”

After we went to meet Curious George and Hailey got to make her little kite, she kept talking about flying a kite.  The little paper one she made didn’t work all that great and she decided she wanted a real one.  So, we decided to go buy her a kite and then we went to the park and had a little picnic lunch.

After lunch Hailey wanted to play on the playground before trying out her kite.  We saw a friend of mine who insisted on taking a family picture.  I’m glad I let her take it because I actually don’t hate the picture.
